The Jodhpur court on April 5 pronounced the verdict on Salman Khan’s black buck poaching case. The actor got 5 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000. Meanwhile Tabu, Neelam Soni, Sonali Bendre and Saif Ali Khan have been acquitted due to the lack of evidence.
The incident happend on October 1-2, 1998 in Jodhpur during the shooting period of ‘Hum Sath Sath Hai’. According to latest reports the co-actors Tabu, Sonali Bendre, Saif Ali Khan and Neelam had gone hunting on the night. The eyewitness told to a leading news portal that it was Tabu who had provoked Salman Khan to shoot the blackbuck.
Salman Khan is now lodged in to Jodhpur central jail ans spend two nights till now. He is now in ward number 2 and given number 106. The bail application of Bollywood superstar begun on today morning. The latest news is that Salman Khan’s lawyers argued that witnesses are not credible. The bail hearing is almost completed and the order is expected to come after 2pm.
