The National Film awards 2018  announced today on 13th April by the head of Jury Shekhar Kapur. Sridevi bagged the best actress award for her remarkable performance in Mom. The announcement gave proud to Malayalam cinema as several main awards including Best Director is from Mollywood.

Versatile director Jayaraj won the best director award for the movie Bhayanakam and Fahadh Fazil won the best support actor for his tremendous performance in Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum. The movie also won the Best Screenplay Original category. Kerala’s proud KJ Yesudas won the best Male Singer award and take a look at other award lists.
